Pom-Pom Grove
January 11, 2024, 11:00–12:00 pm
Harlem Library
9 West 124th Street New York, NY 10027
How can you use pom-poms to make a lush, colorful forest?
We will start by looking at the painting Forest by Geoffrey Holder and then design trees of our own! Pom-poms will add eye-catching texture, pattern, and repetition as we create. Come join us Saturday January 11th for a sweeping adventure through art and nature!
Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones under five years old are invited to the NYPL Harlem Library to enjoy art making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding.
Lil' Studio is designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its own walls. Lil' Studio is free. Click here for accessibility information at NYPL Harlem Library. For more information, or for accommodation, email [email protected].
