Kids and Family Programs

Teaching artist Elan Ferguson will lead an art-making workshop in which you’ll create portraits inspired by the paintings in Lynette Yiadom Boakye: Any Number of Preoccupations. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet other parents of young children and create art with your kids!

Parents with little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to the Studio Museum to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding.

Family programs are FREE, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required, please RSVP below.

Family Programs are funded in part, by public funds from New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency, Council Member Inez E. Dickens, 9th C.D. and Speaker Christine Quinn and the New York City Council, and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation made available through the office of Assemblyman Keith L.T. Wright.
