How might you show all the things you appreciate about yourself in a work of art? Exploring the artwork of artist Hank Willis Thomas as inspiration, use special materials to create a self-portrait that celebrates all of you! 

Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones under five years old are invited to the NYPL George Bruce Library to enjoy art making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding.  

Lil' Studio is part of the Studio Museum's inHarlem initiative, designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its own walls. 

Lil' Studio is free and refreshments will be provided.
