MoMA Member Evening

Studio Museum Members are invited to MoMA Member Evening on Wednesday, October 19 at 6:30-9:30pm.

This is a wonderful opportunity to view Just Above Midtown: Changing Spaces. Just Above Midtown—or JAM—was an art gallery and self-described laboratory led by Linda Goode Bryant from 1974 to 1986 that foregrounded Black artists and artists of color. The exhibition presents artworks previously shown at JAM, as well as ephemera and photographs documenting the gallery’s activities.
