Lil' Studio is part of inHarlem, The Studio Museum in Harlem's initiative designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its own walls.

Play with shapes and texture to make exciting compositions inspired by the artwork of Sam Gilliam! Create an interchangeable work of art using textured papers, magnets, sand, and paint!

Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to the NYPL Harlem Library to enjoy art making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding.

Session A is designed for organizations and agencies providing care for pre-school aged children. Session B welcomes parents and caregivers.

Lil' Studio is free, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
