Hands On with The Laundromat Project
This Hands On is a special collaboration with The Laundromat Project, a community-based non-profit arts organization committed to making art more accessible. Inspired by the dreamlike, flowing movements in Theo Eshetu's The Slave Ship, on view in VideoStudio: Meeting Points, draw your dreams for your community! Explore intersections, shifts and movement within your community as you collectively create a short stop motion film!
Family Programs are funded in part, by public funds from New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency, Council Member Inez E. Dickens, 9th C.D. and Speaker Christine Quinn and the New York City Council, and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation made available through the office of Assemblymen Keith L.T. Wright.
